Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the services provided by Garage Clean LLC ("Garage Clean," "we," "us," or "our") to clients ("Client" or "you"). By accepting an estimate, scheduling services, or allowing work to begin, you agree to be bound by these Terms.


Services

Garage Clean LLC provides cleanouts, general junk removal, organization services, and storage solution installations, including but not limited to shelving, overhead storage, wall systems, and related services. All services are subject to availability and site conditions.


Estimates & Pricing

  • All estimates are provided based on the information available at the time of on-site evaluation or client-provided details.
  • Estimates are not guarantees of final pricing.
  • Final pricing may change if project scope, materials, labor requirements, or site conditions differ from those originally described.
  • Any additional work outside the original scope will be discussed and approved by the Client prior to completion when possible.


Scheduling & Access

  • Client agrees to provide safe and reasonable access to the service location during the scheduled service window.
  • Delays caused by lack of access, unsafe conditions, or inaccurate information may result in rescheduling or additional charges.


Client Responsibilities

The Client is responsible for:

  • Identifying items to be kept, removed, donated, or discarded prior to or during service
  • Removing or securing valuable, fragile, hazardous, or sentimental items
  • Ensuring pets are secured and work areas are accessible

Garage Clean LLC is not responsible for items discarded or misplaced due to unclear instructions or failure to identify items prior to or during service.


Disposal & Donations

  • Items designated for disposal will be removed at Garage Clean LLC’s discretion in accordance with local Maryland regulations.
  • Donation drop-offs are not guaranteed unless explicitly stated in writing.
  • Garage Clean LLC does not guarantee acceptance of donated items by third-party organizations.


Photos & Marketing Consent

Client grants Garage Clean LLC permission to photograph all stages of work being performed for documentation and marketing purposes, unless otherwise requested in writing. Garage Clean LLC will make reasonable efforts to ensure photos do not include personal or identifying information.


Payment Terms

  • Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed to in writing.
  • Accepted payment methods will be specified on the invoice.
  • Late payments may be subject to additional fees as permitted by Maryland law.


Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations or rescheduling requests should be made as soon as possible.
  • Last-minute cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.
  • Weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances may require Garage Clean LLC to reschedule services.


Limitation of Liability

Garage Clean LLC shall not be held liable for:

  • Pre-existing damage to property
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused by hidden defects, structural issues, or conditions outside our control
  • Loss or damage resulting from items left in work areas against instructions

Liability, if any, shall be limited to the amount paid for the services rendered.


Warranty Disclaimer

Garage Clean LLC makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding products or services provided unless explicitly stated in writing. Manufacturer warranties, if applicable, are the responsibility of the manufacturer.


Indemnification

Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Garage Clean LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from Client’s failure to comply with these Terms or provide accurate information.


Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Maryland.


Changes to These Terms

Garage Clean LLC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website with a revised effective date.
